Naturalica Foods d.o.o. is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. Our Austrian entity, Naturalica Foods GmbH, Kohlmarkt 16/2/13c, 1010 Vienna, acts on behalf of the Slovenian company for sales and partner communication.
2. What we collect and why
Contact and catalogue forms
When you send an inquiry or request the product catalogue we process the details you type in: name, email address, company, phone number, the topic you choose and your message. We use them to answer you, to send the catalogue link and to prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Career inquiries
Applications sent through the form or by email to jobs@naturalicafoods.eu are used only for the recruitment process concerned. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records technical data for every request: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type and referring page. Logs are used to keep the site secure and available and are deleted automatically after a short period. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Analytics, only with your consent
If you accept analytics cookies we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited and how the site is used. IP addresses are anonymised and no advertising features are enabled. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer. See the cookie policy for details.
3. Who receives the data
We use carefully selected service providers who process data on our instructions under data processing agreements:
- Vercel Inc. (USA, EU edge locations): website hosting and form processing. Transfers are covered by the EU standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Supabase (database hosted in Frankfurt, Germany): storage of inquiries and blog content.
- Resend (email delivery): sending inquiry notifications and catalogue links.
- Google Ireland Ltd.: Google Analytics, only after consent.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. How long we keep it
- Inquiries and offers: for the duration of the business relationship and up to five years afterwards for legal and accounting purposes.
- Career applications: six months after the position is filled, unless you agree to a longer period.
- Server logs: up to 30 days.
- Analytics data: 14 months, the shortest retention Google Analytics offers.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@naturalicafoods.eu or to the postal address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovenian supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec), Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.
6. Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection. Form data is transmitted encrypted, stored in an EU data centre with access restricted to authorised staff, and inquiries are deleted from the inbox once they are handled.
7. Changes
We update this policy when our processing or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
